Akashic Records Workshop

​Come and join us for a full day of Past Life Regression, Meditation and Connection

During the day you will learn about the Akashic Records and then join in a group, past life regression*. (If you would prefer to lie down for the regression, please feel free to bring along your own mat). I will then show you how to access your own personal Akashic Record and guide you through the process where you will have time to ask your own questions to the Akashic Record Guides.

In the afternoon you will learn about Spirit Guides and how they can help you and the best ways to ask for help. I will then guide you through a meditation to help you to connect to your Guides.

 

With your permission, I will also present you with some personal information from your own Akashic Record that I find out for you prior to the day. You will receive details of one of your own personal Spirit Guides and learn all about them! I will also be able to tell you how many Spirit Guides you have on your inner team and how many lifetimes you have incarnated during the last 12,000 years.

 

You will receive a pack that contains handouts for all the things we discuss throughout the day. It will include step-by-step instructions where required, a notepad to use on the day and links will be provided to any relevant meditations of my own that relate to the day.

We will take two 15-minute breaks for refreshments and approximately 45 minutes for lunch. Refreshments will be provided, but please bring along your own lunch.

If you do not wish for me to access your record the option is below, but I would not be able to give you the information relating to your Guide, number of incarnations, or number of Guides on your team at the workshop.

*Please note that you will only be taken into a light trance state during the past life regression session and will have full control over your actions. There is no guarantee that you will be able to accept the hypnosis or gain access to a past life during the process.

There are some medical conditions that make the process unsuitable or ineffective such as any brain injuries, recent strokes, schizophrenia, PTSD and more. Please contact us regarding any exisiting medical conditions if you have any concerns.
