Cancelling a Therapy or Reading Appointment

Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy operating with all of Sunflower Angels’ Therapies and services.

Payment for all services and therapies, including: Tarot readings, Past Life Regression sessions, Soul Realignment readings, Tarot & Treatment Parties, Enlightenment Evenings and Steps to Awareness Evenings are payable at time of booking.

We ask please that you inform us by email, website contact form or telephone if you are unable to keep an arranged appointment/booking with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments/Services will receive a full refund if notified within the 48 hour deadline.

Please note that we are generally unable to fill appointments at shorter notice. Therefore, appointments/services that are cancelled with 24 hours or less notice will only receive a 50% refund.

We understand that there are certain circumstances where it would not be appropriate to withhold a full refund. Please let us know the circumstances relating to a late cancellation.

Cancelling an Order for Goods Purchased

You have the right to cancel the purchase of any goods (please contact us if you wish to do so) without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address (Sunflower Angels, 1 Windermere Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9TR) at your own cost (unles we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
for the supply of any downloadable content e.g eBooks.
